In the second half of 2023, there was a readjustment of expectations and innovation in the strategic planning of the banking institution, amid the reevaluation of economic projections in Venezuela. It was established as a priority to provide clients with financial products and services that would guarantee them a unique and unforgettable experience. Banesco stands out for its focus on the customer, continually investigating their needs and expectations to develop and offer products that align with them. They have established strategic partnerships, such as Moneygram, to facilitate the receipt of remittances in national currency directly into customers' accounts. They are also expanding their mobile services to offer greater convenience to their customers, especially with the "Green Account". Banesco's traditional products were optimized, simplifying the account opening procedures on its website and improving record updates. In addition, detailed segmentation was implemented to create customer acquisition plans according to different profiles, such as my first plan, independent plan, take-off and growth plan for entrepreneurs and small merchants. Innovation was fundamental in the development of our virtual platforms, which underwent constant improvements and updates to facilitate transactions, improve account management and create a user-friendly environment. Additionally, it is important to highlight the investment in terms of banking security, specifically in BanescoToken, an application that generates one-time passwords and enables the authentication and validation of the transactions of our clients.
